Terms of Use
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Orezzero Inc., the operator of OURRUN.
By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a verified parent or legal guardian must agree as required by the account process.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old.
Users age 13 through 17 may use OURRUN only through the minor-account and guardian process.
You may not use OURRUN if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the service.
2. The service
OURRUN provides running, training, coaching, scheduling, attendance, file, team-operation, mapping, and related tools.
Features may differ by account role, device, location, team configuration, subscription, and release version.
OURRUN is a private service. It does not promise a public profile, social feed, public posting, or follower system.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, create unauthorized guardian or coach relationships, or allow another person to use your account.
You are responsible for activity through your account until you report unauthorized access.
We may require reauthentication before sensitive actions.
4. Athletes, guardians, coaches, and teams
Roles determine what information and actions are available.
A guardian relationship must be verified. A coach relationship must be authorized by the applicable team process.
Coaches, schools, clubs, and teams are responsible for their own decisions, communications, recordkeeping, supervision, and legal obligations. Unless expressly stated in writing, they are not employees or agents of OURRUN.
OURRUN may provide tools for coach-created workouts, notes, and decisions but does not endorse or independently verify every coach instruction.
5. Exercise and health risks
Running and training involve risks, including overexertion, dehydration, heat illness, falls, traffic exposure, environmental hazards, injury, serious illness, and death.
Use appropriate judgment, follow applicable safety rules, consider weather and surroundings, and stop activity if you experience concerning symptoms.
Training plans, readiness signals, workload scores, adaptation estimates, and AI outputs are informational tools. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring.
Seek qualified medical care for injury concerns, symptoms, or medical questions. Contact local emergency services for an emergency.
6. Accuracy and availability
GPS, maps, pace, elevation, heart rate, sensor readings, imported activities, readiness, workload, and other metrics are estimates.
Buildings, terrain, weather, device settings, battery state, sensor limitations, data-source differences, and software errors can affect results.
Do not rely on OURRUN as the sole source for navigation, emergency response, medical decisions, official race results, legal eligibility, attendance compliance, or records that must be independently preserved.
7. Location
Location is collected only for a feature the user starts or separately enables.
Do not use OURRUN while driving or in a way that creates a safety risk. Remain aware of traffic, terrain, weather, people, and surroundings.
A map or route does not guarantee that a location is safe, open, lawful, or suitable for running.
8. Apple Health, sensors, and connected services
Connected services are optional and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You authorize OURRUN to exchange only the data and permissions selected through the connection.
Disconnecting a service stops future access but may not delete data already imported.
OURRUN is not responsible for errors, outages, changes, or decisions made by a third-party provider, except to the extent required by law.
9. AI features
AI features are optional and subject to separate consent.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular person or situation. Review important outputs before relying on them.
Do not use AI output as medical advice, emergency guidance, or a substitute for qualified human judgment.
10. User content
User content includes workouts, notes, comments, files, documents, photos, routes, and other information submitted to OURRUN.
You retain ownership of your user content.
You grant OURRUN a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify user content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service according to your settings and the Privacy Policy.
This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for lawful retention and temporary backup copies.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or law.
11. Acceptable use
You may not violate law or another person's rights; access an account, team, device, or data without authorization; falsify age, identity, guardian status, attendance, eligibility, or training records; harass, threaten, exploit, or endanger another person; upload malware or interfere with the service; scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or bypass security except where law expressly permits; use OURRUN to track another person without authorization; upload unlawful material or highly sensitive records not requested by the service; or resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate use that violates these rules or creates a safety, security, or legal risk.
12. Beta and pre-release features
A beta or pre-release feature may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or removed.
Data may be lost, and the feature may not be suitable for production, emergency, medical, compliance, or official-record use.
13. Fees and subscriptions
If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund rules will be disclosed before purchase.
App Store purchases are also governed by Apple's applicable payment and subscription terms.
No purchase may be charged to a minor account unless the required authorization exists.
14. Intellectual property
OURRUN, its software, design, branding, and service content are owned by Orezzero Inc. or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using OURRUN at any time and may request account deletion.
We may restrict or terminate access for a material Terms violation, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens users or the service.
Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken for urgent safety, security, fraud, or legal reasons.
16. Service changes
We may modify, add, or remove features. We will provide notice when a change materially affects paid service, sensitive-data practices, or user rights.
We do not guarantee that every feature, integration, or provider will remain available.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OURRUN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
Orezzero Inc. DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT TRAINING, HEALTH, LOCATION, SENSOR, MAP, IMPORTED, OR AI INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Limitation of liability — COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Orezzero Inc. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OURRUN.
TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR OURRUN DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
19. Indemnity — COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Orezzero Inc. from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of OURRUN, unauthorized submission of another person's information, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This section does not require indemnification for OURRUN's own unlawful conduct.

21. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms.
Material changes will be presented before they take effect when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
22. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without written permission. We may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the service.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms form the complete agreement regarding OURRUN.
